Day 3 of Road Trip

So here we are in San Diego. We drove down after the Anaheim game Friday night. Saturday morning we woke up and went to explore and see all around San Diego, except that the sun never came out and there was nothing to see. :( But we still tried! We drove down to the water and around downtown. We also went to eat a very yummy burger at Rocky's. If you are even in the area I highly recommend trying it!

We went downtown to get our tickets for the game and were able to go into the Padres store. If you go out the back door of the store it goes out onto a little patio which is the left field fence. It was really cool to see the grounds crew getting everything ready for the game. This is the view through the fence.



Also connected to the store is a door leading to the grounds keeping equipment.

This seems to be a great park...We'll see more when we go to the game tonight! :)
